A friend bought the S6 portable air compressor (19.2 amp-hour battery that pumps 1.5 CFM@0 PSI) while I purchased the S7 (38.4 amp-hour battery with slightly stronger dual motors that pump 1.85 CFM@0 PSI). He has only one car, but I own two with larger tires, so I wanted the higher capacity battery. As the weather has gotten cold this winter, we have been using these compressors to add air pressure to our car times as the lower temperature has caused the tire pressure to drop. They pump up your tires very quickly and they are incredibly convenient as you just grab these self-contained compressors and use them on each tire, not having to get out our heavy duty 110 volt, more bulky and non-portable garage compressors. And these ETENWOLF VORTEX compressors remember your tire pressure settings from one use to the next, which makes them so easy to use. Of course, they come with all the attachments you need for other things, like bicycle tires or an air mattress, or to even charge an iPhone or such. And the storage/travel case is really first class and heavy duty. Our compressors are both six months old and have all the indications of being built with high quality. To do it again, I would definitely buy either model, although I like the higher battery capacity of the S7 as a personal preference. The S7 is a bit on the expensive side though, so if you want one but don’t want to spend the extra cash, the less expensive S6 would be a great choice as well.

Vortex S7 performed well in toping off 4 tires. We keep vehicles at our other homes and sometimes don’t get to run them for months at a time. Pumped 4 tires, from 30 psi to 41 psi in less than 5 minutes. Actual pumping time per tire, less than 30 seconds. Also, the price point was easier on the wallet than many other brands that made the same pumping claims. Light weight and comes with a well made carrying pack and attachments. We’ll see how long it lasts.

Ultra-Fast Inflator, Convenient Kit
Let me start by saying that this is an incredibly well designed portable compressor, and the user interface is very intuitive and pleasing to use. This compressor kit comes with a handy carrying case, a charger with a 6ft USB-C cable, and a few adapters for different applications. It’s easy to keep everything together. I took this compressor out to my boat trailer to make sure my spare trailer tire was inflated. I actually deflated the trailer tire to around 3 PSI to see how fast it could inflate it to 35 psi. I had already set the compressor to 35 psi, so I pressed start, and the pump QUICKLY inflated the tire to 20 psi, and then after this point it slowed down but still quickly inflated the rest of the way to 35PSI. I also tried out the low-pressure inflator (meant for use inflating beach balls and air mattresses). This function worked really well, however ETENWOLF really missed an opportunity to make this hose compatible with inflatable paddleboards. I can heartily give this compressor 5-stars and my full recommendation.

The price of this inflator gave me pause as I debated on whether or not to spend that kind of money. I have a couple of other inflators/compressors. One runs off of electricity so it needs to be plugged in to a wall socket. It works well but it is a hassle to use since you need an extension cord to reach all the tires. The other one was one of those small portable ones which just poops out unless you only need a couple of pounds of air. So I bought this Etenwolf and am glad I did. It is totally worth the money. The construction quality is excellent. It is easy to use and pumps a good quantity of air in a short period of time. I set the desired tire pressure, the clear display panel shows me the progress, and it shuts off automatically once the desired pressure has been reached. It has plenty of power off of one charge, too – I don’t have to recharge it every time I use it. It sure beats having to go to a gas station to put air in the tires, or using one of those junky little portable compressors. So while it is expensive, it was a very good use of my dollars.

This packs of punch it came in handy as soon as I arrived from deflating an air mattress to inflating a tire. The flashlight was excellent as the power went out. I have also attached a solar power to it when we go camping and this is amazing. I’m so impressed on how easy and useful This is.

A must-have multifunctional air compressor
This is a great accessory for car tool kits. It can be used to inflate and/or deflate air . It can be used to to charge phone devices. It has USB and C-port charging. It is lightweight. It has a work light . It is easy to use. When I saw this in the list of things to order to tryout, I had to get it. It is good to have it in case you need it personally or if you come across someone who may need assistance with a flat tire. It comes with a carrying case.

Works great to have in the trunk for pumping up tires or other items. It doubles as a power bank, flashlight and emergency flasher. The recharging does not take long and it holds the charge for a long time. Great gift for young drivers, college students or those on the road a lot.

The product includes a storage bag, hoses, adapters and instruction manuals. I like that the power control panel is easy to see and provides a large display. The product includes a built in handle that makes it simple to move around and use as needed. Overall, this is a convenient travel tool for our RV, trailers, trucks and more.

I’ve always purchased tire inflators that are able to operate on either AC or DC power. When I’m at home I prefer running them on AC and when I’m on the road I want to be able to run them off my car’s battery. I was very hesitant to purchase a battery operated inflator but this thing is nuts. I’m not used to a tire inflator that revs up and down while inflating but shasta this thing is powerful. I am used to my AC connected pump running for awhile while I stand waiting impatiently. This baby was clearly designed by some Zoomers because it goes hard. Not having to drag an extension cord all over my garage is great as well, particularly in the middle of winter when it’s less flexible. The construction feels incredibly sturdy. It’s super simple to setup and use. I like that it comes with a certification for accuracy as well. I read that at least one user received an error when trying to use it in cold weather. I’ll find out next winter I suppose but it had no trouble at all this morning when it was under 20 degrees and it had been sitting in my car in the garage overnight when it got down to 12 degrees.

Inflated my F350 rear tires from ~75 to 82psi and front tires ~55 to 62psi in a few minutes. Tires were slightly warm so I went a few psi over. My truck has a big as camper sitting on a flatbed and very happy to see this work. I’ll update if anything changes. I’m mostly worried about longevity just because I see so much cheap junk nowadays that break in less than a year. Will be going off road in Jan-Feb so I’ll probably write up an update on its performance inflating from 40 to 80 psi rear and 30 to 60 front.

This was expensive, but after reading 100’s of reviews, we decided this would be beneficial for us. We have a class A motorhome and can use it to air the tires, win, win.
It’s fast, works great, love the storage bag and extra attachments to air up just about anything. They are also not cheaply made like the competition, brass fittings, portability and USB plug in. It also tells you how much battery is left. We blew up a two man innertube floaty and our friend used it a couple of times for her Tahiti raft. We still have long lasting charge. Excellent product and worth the investment. It is not that light or flimsy, it basically stays upright depending on the level ground. There is not 1 con about it. Quality that will last

Best portable compressor I’ve ever seen
I wish there was a ten star button sometimes. This air compressor delivers where other can’t. The compressor has some serious power behind it. I have been fighting an old golf cart tire that needs to be replaced. It had zero psi. I attached a video which is in real-time. Look how fast this.compressor aired it up. Currently listed at 199.00, I can honestly say it is worth every penny. This is more than an emergency compressor. It can be used to quickly and easily fully air full sized tires. There are built in nozzles on the back, an emergency light and it can be used to delfate items as well. It comes in a zippered travel case. They included the charging cable AND a charging block. A+ design, A+ functionality!
