Just what I needed

I own a 2023 Audi S3. It comes with a can of goo and an emergency tire pump instead of a spare tire. The supplied pump has to be plugged into the cars 12v socket to work. Their whole system is terrible. Enter the ETENWOLF S1 tire pump. First, it’s powerful and small enough to fit in the rear boot of my car. Second, it’s USB rechargeable and the charge lasts a very long time, so you don’t have to keep an eye on it every week. Third, it’s foolproof enough so I can leave it on the tire until it shuts off automatically. I checked the pressure with another tire gauge and they match perfectly. If I ever get a flat I’ll still have to use the can of goo, but now I’ve got a much better pump. My only minor complaint is that it’s very noisy, but I can live with that.

Functional, compact air inflator for smaller psi range fills.

Works, as advertised, increasing pressure from 30 to 35 psi in just a tad above a minute. However, if you have a car tire much lower, it will take quite a bit of time. Ideal for smaller fills like bike tires, balls, or top offs. However, if you have a very low car tire, you are much better using a true air compressor or tank, unless you have lots of time. It is a bit noisy, but the self shutoff timer is a plus, as you can get away from the noise and it will autostop when the pressure is reached. It is nice that the instructions state it is approved for continuous use with no cooldown required, meaning you can set it and leave it. Comes with a screw on valve stem fitting, a clip on locking valve stem fitting, and ball needle, as well as charging USB-C cable, and storage bag. Digital display with multiple shutoff pressure modes…manual adjustment (3-160), vehicle (35psi), bike (22psi), ball (8.5 psi). Decent value, but again, larger fills will take a longer time.

Easy and accurate

I had to adjust all four tires and the charge lasted with ease. It is compact and easy to store within your car. I set the pressure to 43 and when I checked the pressure that the car was reading it matched exactly, making the pump accurate. It was very useful to use by attaching the end of the air hose to the valve stem.

Compact, handy inflator that’s perfect for everyday family use
My household has lots of basketballs, bikes, and cars, so it’s always good to have a pump around. I have a heavier Milwaukee M18 inflator that I use for most jobs, but getting it out and making sure I have a charged battery is always a bit of a chore because it’s so large and heavy. This Etenwolf tire inflator is very compact by comparison. It comes in a nice carrying bag with adapters for inflating balls and the skinnier style bike valves, plus a USB-C charging cable, which is a nice touch. The unit feels well made overall, and I like the rubber bottom since you’re often setting it on concrete or other hard surfaces that would scratch plain plastic. The inflator is easy to use and has presets for things like balls and bikes, and I like that it will automatically shut off once it hits the target pressure. The display is bright and easy to read. While it’s nowhere near as fast as a larger inflator, it still got the job done when inflating tires-it was noticeably slower than my Milwaukee, but the trade-off is that it’s much more portable. I expected it to be pretty hot after finishing a tire, but it stayed cool to the touch, and the battery didn’t drain nearly as much as I thought it would. It’s super portable and would be very convenient to keep in your car, especially if you transport bikes or do a lot of driving. The bright orange color makes it easy to spot so it’s hard to leave behind. Overall, at around 40 dollars it’s a great value and would also make a very practical gift for a new or young driver in your household.

Solid build quality, thoughtful design with storage for accessories.

This is an impressive design. The rotating air hose is great to allow compact storage or easy extension for usability. The backlit display is clear and bright,. There are presets which store various pressure scenarios like car, bike tire etc. The orange housing is easy to spot, and has a grippy texture. The interface is intuitive. The LED lamp is useful and bright. The storage compartment in the rear holds the Schrader valve adapter and sports ball needle. The pump is loud, which is typical of compact units like this. There is an altitude compensation adjustment per power cycle if needed. The test I ran was to inflate a mountain bike tire from 35 to 55.2 psi which took about 60s. I will find this pump very useful to maintain bike tire and sports ball pressures, as well as trailer and RTV tire maintenance. See pictures. Great unit. Price is reasonable for the great feature set, compact and thoughtful design and interface.

Great little air compressor that comes in handy

My husband, who is a minimalist, would not stop complaining about why I ordered this portable air compressor until he had a use for it. We had to have a tire replaced on our vehicle, and the tire shop inflated it at a different pressure than the other 3 tires. My husband used this device to conveniently pump additional air into the new tire at the desired PSI, and it auto shut off when it reached the value. It was fast and didn’t use much of the battery life. Our car has sensors that tells us the tire pressure, and this machine accurately matched the same value. A week later, my son’s bike tire was flat, and we were easily able to use this to pump that back up using the included accessories. The charge had not gone down at all in between uses. For how many uses we have for this product, I’m happy with the functionality. The added light is so thoughtful so you don’t have to carry an additional light source when working in the dark. For safety and the longevity of the device, you will need to make sure you are not using it somewhere dusty as it sucks in the air, and cannot keep it in your vehicle as it is a fire hazard– just likely all battery devices.

3 Star on Price, 5 Star on Function

I have tried out a couple of these small battery powered tire inflators and this one by far is the best. It’s a sturdy build with nice features. The pressure hose has a swivel joint which is really nice when trying to get it onto a tire. You don’t feel like you’re going to break something. It comes with different modes which is more about the pressure setting and the output air flow. I have tried quite a few and this one inflated my car tire faster than any other. You can see from the video that it does one PSI in about 14 seconds which is really good. It comes with a ball inflator nozzle that fits nicely in a small storage space on the back. My only complaint is that they are selling it for $60. You can find a lot of competition for much less. I honestly don’t feel the price is worth it but since the review should be about functionality, I kept it at a 5 Star.

Compact & Convenient
I bought this Tire Inflator Portable Air Compressor for the convenience-I didn’t want to keep heading to the repair shop every time I needed to pump up my tires. When I first got it, I was surprised by how compact it is; the orange color really stands out. The air hose is tucked into the back so it doesn’t flop around, and the nozzle adapters have their own slots-flip it open and grab one, no more digging through a tiny pouch. The feature I use the most is the preset mode. Just set your target pressure, hit the switch, and it shuts off automatically when it hits the number. No need to squat there staring at a pressure gauge. It inflates fast enough too. I also really like that it has a built-in flashlight-super handy at night. Plus it comes with a storage bag, so small parts don’t end up lost somewhere. The only downside is that if you use it continuously, the unit warms up a little-nothing too hot to touch, and it doesn’t affect performance. Overall, it’s just a really convenient air pump. It’s got all the features you need without any unnecessary bells and whistles. When you need it, it works. I’d recommend it.

Great for inflating tires

This is something that every car owner should have. I plan to keep it in my car for emergencies. The best thing is it is rechargeable and you can immediately set the pressure to inflate the tires. It also has a flash light. I no longer have to spend time taking the car to a dealer for inflating tires.

WORKS GREAT-LIMITED TO 1 FLAT PER CHARGE
Works as expected and described. Only reason for 4 stars is the limited charge capacity for 1 really low vehicle tire. On a fully charged inflator we filled one, almost flat car tire. However this particular aspect is not disclosed. Regardless it still a very good product. We had to fill 4 very low tires so had to completely recharge inflator inbetween tires. Understandable that it does have this limitation but it is workable because it is portable and rechargeable. I would expect similar products to have same expectations.
Exceptionally better option than taking tires off. I would buy again especially as a gift. It would be good for camping and traveling.

Worth the purchase
Works as advertised. Better on car and smaller tires. Takes a little longer to air up Larger Truck tires. Yet is small and does the job.
