Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must be in the original packaging with all included accessories and user manuals.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (PayPal, credit card, etc.) within a certain amount of days.
Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Warranty & Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to manufacturing issues. Every ETENWOLF product comes with a hassle-free warranty. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same model, please email us at [email protected] with your order details and proof of the defect (such as photos or short videos).
