Heyuan Factory: No. 181 Heyuan Avenue, Yuancheng District, Heyuan City, Guangdong Province. Total facility area: 180,000 m². Production capacity: 30 production lines, 1.2 million units per month.
Vietnam Factory: Đường DA 3, Mỹ Phước, Bến Cát, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Total facility area: 50,000 m². Production capacity: 38 PCBA production lines, 8 assembly lines.

Heyuan Mold Workshop: 260 injection molding machines, 15 CNC machines, 20 grinders, 20 drill presses.

Quality Control Process:
STEP 1: Incoming Material Inspection — Check supplier incoming material dimension reports. Based on incoming quantity, conduct random sampling and verify dimensions and specifications against engineering drawings.
STEP 2: Before each production run, create a first-article sample. At every step, IPQC must calibrate against SOP specification requirements (e.g., screw torque, press-fit height, thrust force). Production begins only after first-article inspection passes.
STEP 3: Conduct hourly patrol inspections, measuring dimensions at critical workstations and calibrating specifications.
STEP 4: 100% performance testing of critical pump core semi-finished products.
STEP 5: Finished product aging test (3-hour burn-in cycle).
STEP 6: Finished product functional testing and appearance inspection.
STEP 7: Before shipment, FQC conducts random sampling based on shipment quantity to check product functionality and verify accessory completeness.
Testing Laboratory: Life cycle testers, high/low temperature testing chambers, salt spray testers, drop testers, transportation vibration testers, charging cable flex testers, flow rate testers, push-pull force testers, thermal shock equipment, waterproof testers, noise testers.
Supply Chain: Motors sourced from Zhengtai and Kaideli; lithium battery cells purchased from leading brands including Tianpeng and EVE Energy.
