Well made and rechargeable! This looks like it is the size of a scuba tank in the image but it is only 5 or 6 inches tall. No biggy as it works great. The lantern mode is bright and when you hold the button down after it is on it dims in several intervals. The flashlight has the same properties. What I like about this is that it is rechargeable and I think rechargeable batteries have a longer overall lifetime but regular batteries seem to last longer than one charge. I like this better! Nice! I am thinking of getting a second one for my 4Runner.

Solid Little Camplight

This camp light is smaller than I expected (about 6″ tall) but packs a big punch. It puts out a lot of light, enough to easily light up your campsite or tent. You have the option for white light or red, so that it isn’t overwhelmingly bright in your tent; a low setting would be nice in those situations. The flashlight on the end of the lamp comes in handy when you want a focused light, and the UV light option is handy for looking for scorpions apparently. It easily charges with a USB-C cable which is included. The camp light is built very well, with an impressive solid feeling plastic body and built in hanging clip; it almost feels like metal. It should take a beating and keep on working.

Very Compact Camping Light

This is definitely the smallest ‘camping lantern’ I’ve ever had or seen. That’s on me as I didn’t actually look at the measurements before ordering. As a matter of fact, this ETENWOLF 2-in-1 Camping Lantern is 6″ tall (including the ‘clip’) and 2-1/8″ in diameter at the base (which is the flashlight end). The base of the lantern is aluminum while the cylinder body and hook is made of sturdy ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) and PC (Polycarbonate). The hook has a thin spring loaded gate, like a carabiner. The lantern is rechargeable via a USB-C to USB-A cable (included) but you will need a USB-A power source or an AC Adapter (not included). The lantern has an IP65 rating, meaning it’s water resistant, not waterproof, and should not be submerged in water. The lantern section does have adjustable dimmer settings in white or red light. The flashlight features white or UV light options and the S.O.S. feature of the flashlight has a choice of 2 settings. This would be a great compact camping lantern except for a few things. The control buttons are not very responsive. They don’t always react to the first 1/2 second press and if you have large hands/thick fingers, the stationary hook gets in the way of the controls buttons. Lastly, for its size and features, this ETENWOLF 2-in-1 Camping Lantern is overpriced. When I ordered it, it was priced at $35.99. A review of the product page now shows it’s been reduced to $27.99 (a 22% discount). But I would expect a camping light of this size to be priced more in the $19.99 range. As such, I can’t fully recommend it.

Great portable lantern with lots of functionality

Pros: It’s a lantern and flashlight in one. The lantern portion is very bright. Enough to light up the whole tent. Easy to use. Pressing the button cycles it through the different settings. Long press dims the light. Has various different functions, light, red light, UV, strobe and SOS. It is very light and portable. Battery life is good. Used it over 10 plus hours and it still has charge. Feels like quality construction. Has a clip on the top to hang from inside the tent. Cons: The button can be awkward to push. Should have waterproofing for camping use.

Works Great

This is a very bright and versatile flashlight. It is compact and well made and feels to be high quality. It recharges with a simple USB-C cable. The only thing that isn’t great about it is that because the controls are on the back side and I find that it is hard to get my fingers in there to turn them on and change modes. Because you have to press a button that is under the rubber piece you have to put significant pressure on it from the very top. Because of this it is difficult for me to get my finger or thumb under there to activate it. With that said, it’s a good flashlight. The main beam is very bright and the other modes (SOS, lantern, red lantern, etc.) all work well.

Tiny, but handy

At around 6 inches tall, this is the world’s most tiniest waterproof LED camping light. The light is quite bright but can be dimmed. There are several options for using. There is a very bright 360 degree option where the entire 2.5 inch portion of the outer light is lit. Other options include a flashlight, a red, a strobe and a UV light. The light worked out of the box and comes with a usb cord. The small size makes it convenient to pack or carry. The buttons are on the top along with a handy hook for hanging. The light fully charges in about 2 hours and lasts all night before re charging. This light would also be great for walking at night or for use during power failures.

Tiny and powerful with several settings

I was surprised when I received this lantern at the size of it, in a good way. It’s much smaller than I thought it would be and I could easily carry this in my purse or center console of my car. It’s about the size of my hand. This has a camping light, flashlight, red light (which the packaging says is supposed to repel mosquitos), and a strobe light. The buttons are pretty small, so men with big fingers might struggle at first, but they are easy to press. The lights and strobe are very strong. It’s much brighter in person than in the attachments because my phone adapts to light and that causes it to look softer than it is. Overall, it’s a great product and easy to charge with the provided charging cord. My favorite thing about this is that it’s so compact and easy to carry.

Great little light – feels solid

I was looking for a small emergency light in case we lose power or for camping. This is a small lantern light, at about 6″ tall and 2.25″ at the widest and weighs 7.34oz (208g). It has a USB-C plug in at the top for charging. The top has a spring clip so you can hang it or clip it to a rope or branch. There are a few modes to chose from, first being the lantern mode which has 2 colors white and red. The same button can be held down to adjust the brightness which has has about 10 steps. The other mode is for the flash light which is white or UV and also has the same brightness stepping function. The flashlight can also do a flashing strobe or SOS flash. The feel of this is solid and heavier than i would have thought for the size. Heres a picture of it next to my iphone mini. It does a good job for brightness, in lantern mode i could light my kitchen up enough to operate in if we lost power and my kitchen is about 12×18. i do wonder a bit about the water proofing with the exposed USB port on the top with no flap. Another thing someone might not find ideal is that the light in lantern mode is more focused up toward the clip.

Great luminescence but bad button placement.
Weird location of buttons. Would not want to fumble with in dark.

Bright light and solid build quality

I liked the idea of having a flashlight that’s also a lantern with a hang hook. This will be great when camping, or even in the back yard when relaxing with drinks and snacks. I uploaded a short video showing unboxing and the various modes. The light is solidly built, and the heat sink on the bottom gets warm but the light never overheated on me. After charging the light overnight, I hung it from the ceiling to see how long it would last. I uploaded a couple of pics that accurately show the brightness of the light at full charge and after 4 hours. After that time, it was still bright enough to be usable, but only half as bright as full charge. After 4 hours and 45 minutes, I noticed that the charge LED on the top of the device was flashing, so I stopped the test and plugged it back into the charger. In general, everything I tested was great. Nice and bright, plus it has flashlight or lantern mode, and a good quality hang hook. I really like this thing!

I have a few things from this brand. I have never been Small, and very practical.:disappointed with their products. This little light packs a real punch. Very bright yet reduces down to a whisper of illumination. I love how low it gets. I use this for camping. Especially inside my tent. The UV light is awsome.
The controls are a little wonky, but usable. Overall a great light for the money.
UPDATE;
So just shortly after posting the last review, I dropped it and cracked my flashlight lense. I was heartbroken. I sent in pictures along with a request to allow me to purchase a new lense. I could see that it just has some screws holding it in. They sent a notification that the replacement had been mailed out and the ticket closed.
It arrived yesterday. No, not a replacement lense, but an entirely new light.
WOW. I am throughly impressed. This was not warranty worthy. I just wanted to give kudos where deserved. I own and use several of their products and have always been overly satisfied with each purchase.
