Would not say it was necessarily a good thing, but I am glad I had this. Just recently started having battery issues so I will be replacing a battery. But have now had to use this 3 times to jump start my vehicle. I charged it to 100% so after 3 jump starts it’s dropped the power down to 87%. So far it has works flawlessly. Comes with a charging cord and a cheap generic carry bag. But it serves its purpose to keep everything together. Easy to use. The display as you can see is easy to read so no confusion on the power output available. As soon as you connect it tells you the percentage or you hit the power button and you will know. For the price you can’t go wrong compared to other big name brand jump packs worth the look.

Compact and powerful with a small footprint
It looks like it is going to be a cold winter in the midwest and I’m glad to have the Etenwolf Portable car battery jump starter in my trunk. Inside the box: • The charger which weighs almost 3 lbs • The user manual • A set of battery clamps • USB A to C cable • Silky drawstring bag Since we do not currently have a dead battery, we were only able to unbox, charge it fully and charge our cell phone using the power bank. The charger came out of the box with a 90% charge. I plugged it into the wall using the enclosed USB cable and a power block of my own. It took less than 30 minutes to get this thing charged to 100%. One end of the charger has USB ports. One end has the connector for battery clamps. The unit also has a bright work light. Specs: • Peak 2000 amps • Engines up to 8.0 L gas and 6.5 l diesel • Capacity 59.2 wh • Rain resistant and dust tight • 30w pd fast charging • 16,000 mAh battery capacity The unit has some built in safety features such as reverse polarity protection and spark proof clamps. Pros: • Can handle large gas or diesel engines • Multi purpose item. Can use as battery charger for devices and has LED light for roadside emergencies. • Has a rugged shell which is good for roadside use • Recharges in 2 hours. Cons: • We won’t know if it really works well until we have an emergency • Will need a way to recharge it if we are off grid • The silky storage pouch seems pretty lightweight compared to the rugged design of the unit. Maybe a canvas bag or small rugged plastic box would be more useful. Overall the rugged case in a small package is helpful. It won’t take up much room in the vehicle. The price point is very reasonable for something so useful that isn’t going to take up much room to store and could be a potential life saver if you find yourself with a dead battery with no help in sight. For road trips or camping trips the small footprint is extremely helpful since you have to haul all kinds of other gear. I’m a middle aged female with no experience jump starting a car and by looking at the instructions and laying out the charger and accessories, I feel that I would be confident trying this on my own if I found myself alone and in need of a jump.

Works much, much better than the larger, bulky jump starters I have been using. This one is a winner and so compact it fits in small places with ease. I am buying 3 more as gifts for my kids to place in their cars for emergencies for themselves and to assist others in need. It will actually jump start an 18 wheeler tractor! My friend told me about starting a cab over tractor with his which convinced me to order one. I would recommend this jump starter.

Portable, powerful and easy to use
I bought this portable charger to help me with a car battery that does often goes low due to non-use. I used it for the first time today and thought… WOW, this thing is awesome. The car started on the first try.
The charger came ready to use and the directions were simple and easy to follow. I have not recharged it yet, but all indications are that will be just as straight-forward.

When you walk out to your car and it does not start, you need we get back up and running. This power unit will help you do just that. Compact, easy to use and quick to get you up and running. When your battery fails, the unit comes with everything you need to start your vehicle. A nice carrying bag, positive and negative battery connectors and a battery power unit, that has enough power to do at least one jump start. The downfall is this battery needs to be fully charged before using it on a jump. So if you leave it in your garage or in your car for a long period of time and it loses power, you may not have enough to jump your battery. Quality made of strong construction materials and for the price. I think it’s very reasonable. A must to keep in your car and to get you up and running on those times when the battery fails

Big solid clamps!
Look at the size of those clamps! The clamps are awesome. the unit itself seems to be solid all the switches work with good tactile function and that LCD read out is very clear and bright. I’ve already used this to jump start my lawn mower a few times and that work great. It hasn’t really discharged it at all after those few starts. This unit looks like it could take a beating it’s definitely built to last. It has a built-in light which is a nice feature. And I also like the fact that the jumper cables themselves do not have that little box on them that you need to push the button on – this unit you just plug in the clamps hook it up and go. Overall it’s a nice jump pack.

Very Handy Jump Starter
This is a great well thought out jump starter. Easy to read numbers and if you in the dark it also comes with its own flashlight. It does have some weight to it even though this jump starter is compact. I did notice it holds a charge very well. I will be keeping this in the bag in my glove compartment if I should ever need it. Also noticed it has a usb charger to keep other devices charged as well, very handy for camping or when the lights go out. What a great value and peace of mind when driving.

Excellent product
I’ll start by saying that I like Etenwolf tools, and I have not been disappointed with previous products. I find that they are well made and provide a great value. My expectations for this jump starter were high, and once again Etenwolf did not disappoint. The jump starter is exceptionally well made. I have had various jump starters over the years (including VTOMAN and NOCO), and this Etenwolf jump starter feels like a premium product. The display is large and easy to read, and the built-in LED flashlight is thoughtful and usable in a dark environment. A simple cloth bag is provided for storage and transport. The jump starter is beefy, yet small enough to carry in my Harley’s saddlebag. Overall I’m pleased with this order and fell it’s a great value.

I don’t use my lawn tractor very often so the battery tends to get lazy and won’t crank (it’s a Kawasaki twin). I’ve tried a lot of jump starters and usually I’m disappointed but this one started it up like the battery was new… ON THE FIRST TRY! I am beyond impressed. It cranked my tractor and the battery indicator didn’t even drop. What?!?! While I find the design a little awkward, being long and having no handle, there’s no denying that it’s built like a tank and it has a lot of cranking power. I didn’t try the USB A and C ports but yes, it has one of each. The flashlight is bright but drains the battery quickly so you might want to avoid it.

Nice design. Great LED screen. Starts most cards even some with deal batteries. Only dislike is not including a power charger and instructions telling how to charge the unit. Otherwise very nice. Small and complact.
